Because it is a painting project in process, I understood clearly, from the beginning, that this was not going to be a classical slide presentation with commentary by the artist. [[../../About/Hangar|Hangar]] is a place very familiar with digital images, so, for that reason, I thought it was necessary to emphasize the formal unity of painting without, at the same time, loosing sight of some key features like experimentation, research, sharing and open-source practices. I chose, therefore, a performance format, one that would fulfill my need for disclosure and, at the same time, would let me do something I would consider, in itself, an artwork. My Paratext consisted, therefore, of executing a live mental map over one of the walls of the Ricsson hall. The map described the origins of the project, its references, discoveries, failures and the choices I had to take during its development. The use of different elements and languages (video, slideshow, objects, paintings, drawings, photographs, notes, letters and photocopies), joined together by arrows and texts written on the wall, allowed me to bring an organizing system of hypertextual content into physical reality. The presentation lasted for 40 minutes. It was well received and achieved all the goals it intended. The completed work, a fifteen-meter-long mural including fiftytwo smaller pieces, was then shown to the public.  ### ESP Mi presentación en [[../../About/Hangar|Hangar]] se centró en la visualización del desarrollo creativo de mi trabajo sobre [[../../Memoria, ruinas y derrotas/Exilio/Exilio|exilio]] y [[../../Docs/Defs/Desarraigo|desarraigo]], memoria histórica y políticas migratorias contemporáneas. Tratándose de un proyecto pictórico en proceso, tuve claro desde el principio que no iba a ser el clásico pase de diapositivas comentado por el artista: [[../../About/Hangar|Hangar]] es un [[../../Lecturas/Poesia/Lugar|lugar]] donde la imagen digital es la normalidad y por este mismo motivo consideré necesario resaltar la unicidad plástica de la pintura, sin olvidar algunos valores clave como experimentación, investigación, compartición y código abierto. Opté entonces por un formato performativo que satisficiera mis necesidades de divulgación y en el mismo tiempo me permitiera crear algo que pudiese considerar como una obra en sí misma. Mi Paratext consistió entonces en la realización en vivo de un mapa mental a lo largo de una de las paredes de la sala Ricsson. Un mapa que explicara las origines del proyecto, las referencias, los descubrimientos, los errores y las elecciones que tuve que tomar durante su desarrollo. El uso de diferentes elementos y lenguajes (vídeo, pase de fotos, objetos, pinturas, dibujos, fotografías, notas, cartas, fotocopias), unidos entre ellos por flechas y textos escritos en la pared, me permitió así trasladar un sistema de organización de contenidos hipertextual en la realidad física. La presentación duró unos 40 minutos, tuvo muy buena acogida y alcanzó todos los objetivos establecidos.
